Well, Blizzcon was definitely fun again this year, but I think it topped all others because of two things: seeing Tricia Helfer up close and in person at the dev signing area, and the Ozzy concert. There were some disappointments, like the opening ceremony not having much new or exciting news (mostly since the Cataclysm stuff was all leaked anyway), and the goody bag not having a beta key. As for the demos, the StarCraft 2 demo was definitely the best of the bunch since it's close to beta, and the Cataclysm one was the worst since all it had was part of the new race starting areas (the goblin one was as boring as ever, fetch quests, kill quests, collection quests, nothing you haven't done before). The D3 demo was still fun, but not as fun as last year's in my opinion. The wizard most of all felt pretty weak, but in general, we didn't have access to most of the skills that made last year's demo so fun (disintegrate, zombie wall, no runes to modify skills). All in all, while there were some disappointments, it was definitely fun and better than any other Blizzcon.
