So neither card, the 760 or 7950, should be bottlenecked by my cpu?

I'm wanting to upgrade my GPU one more time before I invest in a new mobo and cpu.

My setup: mobo - ASUS M4A88T-V EVO

cpu - Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition 3.4 ghz

gpu - Saphire Radeon HD 6870

I'm looking for a card in the $200 price range that will give me a substantial increase in performance that I can run with for atleast another year and not have to worry about bottlenecking.

Suggestions?

Thanks

Every time I shoot I hear the USB connecting noise. Does anyone know a fix for this? It's getting rather irritating.
