I'll start right off letting yall know you will have to have the groupme app on your phone to join this league. The other requirements are that you are an adult, you're a fan of basketball and everything about it, you're not a whiner or a quitter, you can follow any league rules, and you are here for fun. This league will be for 10-20 good natured adults to enjoy the game and have fun playing it. Now with that out of the way lets get to the meat and potatoes of the rules:

Difficulty: Pro (Unless group agrees changes need to be made)

Sliders: Default (Unless group agrees changes need to be made)

Qtrs: 8 mins Sim Qtrs: 12 mins

Trade Deadline: On Trades with CPU Teams: *BANNED*

CPU Trades: Off

Injuries: On

Fantasy Draft: No

League Pace: Normal (We will advance early if everyone is ready or we will pause for someone if they have a good excuse)

Playoffs: All rounds are best of 3, championship round is best of 5

Trade Rules: 2 trades in regular season, 10 games must be played for 1st, 20 games for 2nd. Unlimited in the off-season. Teams can only sign one 70+ FA and two 60+FA during the season, no limit in the off-season. 85+ players can not be traded unless in the last year of a contract or for equal value.

Offensive Rules: Play for real basketball, no player should average more than 32 pts per game max, Jordan averaged 31 for his career and he had 4 more mins/qtr than we are playing on. Pass the ball around, run plays, this is meant to be a sim style league, you will be kicked for cheesing if you do not play realistically.

Defensive Rules: 1-3-1 Zone is *BANNED*, no cherry picking, play on the ball defense, you can switch guys to counter a screen but as said before, play realistically or you will be kicked.

I am part of a large online gaming association that runs several leagues and clans on many different games on the PS3 and PS4 systems. We have done this for awhile, we know what we are doing and we are fair across the board. All of our leagues can be reached from our website. The NBA2K14 page will be created in a couple weeks.
