Well hopefully it will be a 30 dollar game when we get survival mode included. I'll buy it then, said it before, would like to know what genius thought it would be OK to slight xbox/pc owners like this, it's not a skin or weapon being exclusive but a mod that was my main reason to buy the game. I play very little multiplayer but a friend and I still play survival mod to this day. I would love to know how Sony landed such a vital feature for a year.
Now we know why survival mode wasn't mentioned till now. If it's true that xbox and pc won't get survival till October 2020 that would be absolutely crazy. I can't think of any game that gave such a big feature a full year of exclusivity. I would love to hear how they justify such a slight to xbox/pc owners. It would be one thing to say we need more time to polish it up but a year is insane.
Was I the only person still playing survival mode? 8 years later and still fun. Screw Zombie, battle royal etc etc bring back Survival. I'll be buying this day one but hope something in their new spec ops has something with a fraction of the replayability of survival.
Got it. But what will the new Modern Warfare have? Minkoff says the new game will have a single-player storyline that weaves directly into the co-operative storyline, in a clear departure from 2011’s Modern Warfare 3’s two-player Survival co-op mode.
So no survival mode, waited 8 years for a new modern warfare, no zombie mode is fine ,never played it, but no survival mode? Still play mw3 survival and guess I will still have to.
RTX may be the future but so is living on Mars, why would someone pay a 1,000 bucks for a 2080 ti just to play battlefield w/ray tracing at 1080p with a little better then 60 fps? Shame they can't have a second card just for rtx features like they did years ago with physx.
It would be a shame not to have survival mode come back, still play it with a friend, close to 300 hours. Never got into any of the Zombie modes, was waiting for a new modern warfare w/survival to come out.
@Keitha313: My first concern would be the player base. PS4 has what? Double the amount of systems sold over Xbox. So that on top of even a slight performance advantage gives it the win.
