Well that's reassuring. As long as they keep listening to the majority of the community then this game's mp will be just fine. unlike another franchise. *cough* cod *cough*
@Scottisme, Killzone, KZ2, and now COD:BO, have bots which is cool I didn't have the internet or do lan parties with the PS2 so the bots were a good alternate to online multiplayer. I think it's great for those who don't have the internet or want to pay for the network.
DLC is not the future. I ignore dlc because once you get rid of a game then all you have is useless data. Some may say they don't sell games, and that's good but there are a ton of us that do. We're the reason gamespot is doing so well, selling and trading in games. Anyway, DLC on a game should not come out or be discussed prior to the game hitting shelves or a week after the first shelf day. Some dlc is worth it though. Sometimes you can get a whole new experience out of a game. Other times you get someone aggravated at the crap they shovel to us. That's only one aspect though, other times you have entire games that are dlc. Some of that can be shovel ware and others can be great. Snoopy anyone? I don't have much to critique about full games as dlc because it's a full game. You can't sell it so whatever you download you can keep and continue to play. I'm actually not going to buy another system after this generation for the games, only for the extra entertainment that comes with it.
ssd's are too expensive for me. According to the numbers they're not really worth it. When ssd's have are widely used and are less expensive I'll consider the swap.
