As the redditor posted, Sony wont refund money they lost becuase of a hack. The exact same thing happend to me. I got hacked for around 1000 dollars worth, and of cause i had to get it back from the bank, when Sony didnt want to refund my losses. After some time went by, emailing back and forward with the escalation crew at Sony, i am still stuck. I bought allmost all my games on PSN. My user is banned hence i cant use the playstation. Sadly for me, my problem didnt get blown up like the redditor, who rightfully told the world about Sonys shitty customer services. They definitivly sent me an email to read through old messages, becuase they wouldnt keep talking to me, and the decition was final. This was around the same time as the redditor got his money refunded.

I have all the respect in the world for the redditor who got them to pay him back! Serves them right! What in my oppinion is shitty, is they refund him becuase of bad press, and keep treating their other customers like shit!

If anybody has any idea how to fix my problem, please comment. I can use all the help i can get!
