I just have to ask but have you considered the Galaxy s 3? I find it to be pretty good in terms of battery life. But if pricing is a factor then I completly do understand and yes the Galaxy Nexus is a good device as well.

And seeing how they have a number of patents on the matter this can get ugly. Honestly I i do think im a tad biased towards Samsung but this is a bit much. Im interested to see what happens but when you start banning items in a country then the consumer is who loses. We deserve to have choice in the prodcuts we want. But this may be jumping the gun though maybe though wont do anything about it at all and they are just bluffing.

Well what I want to know is why apple is going after samsung and not google? it seems like apple is suing over android features so why not go for the source and go after google? and also why isnt google stepping up and helping out samsung?
The way I see it is Atheist love disrespecting ones faith mainly because religiouse people loves shoving their faith into peoples faces and both parties just love trying to prove one another wrong. If everyone TRULY accepeted what one another believed in and learned to keep their mouthes shut there really would not be any hate.

Not true, the iphone was not the first of its kind. Apple makes something popular and then everyone jumps on the wagon. If companies would just find their own way, there wouldn't be a problem.
Well here is my problem with this statement. Apple has indeed lead off the entire smartphone boom and that really is inivation at its best! But let me ask you something. Should the Ford be the only car out there? No because inventions leads to innovation. While apple has made a very good smartphone I would more then welcome the compition from other companies. With this happening the consumer wins either way. It fources each company to build new things and we will just constantly see new features. Now the thing I hate about apple is that lately they really dont Innovate. While the Galaxy s device has taken some ques from apple ie the first Galaxy s and debatably the home button that is where the differences stop completly. Everything about the phone is different. The UI and the concept of widgets change the game and makes it something completly different from the IPhone. Instead of apple wanting to build upon their Iphone what they have simply done is rip concepts such as the drop down menue button from android and sue them for basic features so they dont have any compition what so ever and basically becoming a monopoly in the smartphone world. Anyone can basically pick up an Iphone and a Galaxy s device and see the differences between them which makes this lawsuit just utter bs. The UI is different and the hardware is different. The only thing that is pratically the same with these phones is the fact that they both are a rectangle and have a home button but even from the outside they look nothing alike.
