sorry to hear about your problem. you need to call MS support. They will send you a box (i think!) and when it comes you just pack it up and send it away. You dont pack your harddrive or any cables/accessories with it.

You can also do it online if you want. xbox.com and click on support. much easier and quicker that way.

I would go for oblivion but thats because i prefer those types of games.

I know you want us to give you an answer, but it really does depend on what games you prefer, rpgs or shooters - if you like both types then i think you'd be happy with either.
