Question 1: An ex-friend has used way more than what was originally agreed when i gave him my credit card. I know it is my full responsibility for this. What are some ways to demand the money?

Question 2: There was about $8,000 worth of transaction that occurred on my credit card in a period of just a month. Usually my credit card company would call me about such suspicious activity on the card, however i never got a call. Can i do anything about this?

Edit: Went to court already and won. The problem is demanding the money.

So I approached a beautiful looking lady the other night and i was polite to her and everything. I walked up right beside her and said "hey" and she says hey so we talk for a minute blah blah blah then she says she has to go because she doesn't want to loose her friends. I said bye and everything. What i didn't understand was that she didn't even bother to get to know me a bit more. So i walk away and continue walking and later on i see her with her friends and she is with some guy who looks like one of thoes dudes from the Jersey Shore show. If that was her BF then i understand but she could have said she has a bf.


So what do you guys think about why she wanted to quit the conversation so quick? Im not a bad looking person and i've had a few girlfriends before that were about just as good looking as her.
