[QUOTE="kieranb2000"][QUOTE="Anthony01355"]

Sounds cool, too bad the game doesn't work with my sound card drivers and is a waste of $40.

Anthony01355

Patch 1.02 fixes that apparently.

Really, that almost makes not being able to play for about 9 months from when I bought it better.

Haha... seriously though here's some sympathy for you.

I am currently looking into maybe buying myself a startup rig and have been lookingat games to purchase. While I was on amazon i have viewed games like bioshock, assassins creed, and crysis; and they have all recieved a fair share of negative reviews. More so than their console counterparts. One of the main reasons i have seen is because companies like to incluse software that only allows you to dwnload the game a certain amount of times. (Piracy). I have also noticed that devs generally don't like developing on the pc for the same reason (piracy). So is a pc worth the money or is it just a huge headache?

LOL @ coming on the PC forums and asking if all games are inferior on the PC... is the PC really worth it or just a headache...... Honestly...

i did play WoW for around 2 months early last year but had too many other commitments to get into it.

im looking to get back into it at the end of the year. but is it really worth getting back into the game? does it still offer satisfaction for new/unexperienced players or will i just get ganked 24/7. has the story and maps evolved too much to make any sense out of it? thanks.

greensthooligan
No... you can hop in any time. Not confusing whatsoever, might be cool to wait for Cataclysm as well since it seems like it will make a lot of changes, for new players as well.

Jaedong has incredible skill for sure. You don't see a lot of SC chat here but there are many sites dedicated completely to it.... the main english one being http://www.teamliquid.net/ .. usually has 600-800 people logged on at any one time. Personally I'm a fan of FlaSh though... KTFingerboom!!!!
