@Xristophoros: Yeah, guess you're right. On paper it seems like something I would be in to, but it might just not be my thing. Will probably give it another shot at some point since I enjoy some of Monolith Soft's other games like Baten Kaitos and Xenoblade.
@Xristophoros: How far into Xenosaga does it start getting good? I keep trying to power through it but the first 15 hours or so are poorly written, badly acted, really slow paced, and the gameplay is dull. I figure it must get better eventually because there is such a die-hard following, but I keep giving up before I get to that point.
@phoexyael16: Ha! Sorry, that did come off a bit more dick-ish than I intended it too. I just get a little tired of WoW being given credit for inspiring every fantasy themed RPG that uses the full spectrum of colors. Everything looked like WoW 10 years ago. More powerful hardware has just led to less creativity with visual style. In big budget games anyway.
@Fantomass: Because stylized visuals are so rare in big budget games nowadays that your mind subconsciously groups them together. WoW being the most popular, becomes the most common comparison.
@ParanoidPaal There really isn't much they can do. The speed at which the game moves is too much for our current fiber optic infrastructure. Maybe when the internet communication starts using subspace :)
