To be on-topic, I saw video footage of Muramasa and I am surprised that it retained the Japanese voice-acting. It would make sense as I do not expect that this game will sell very well and will appeal to a niche group. English voice-acting would add costs to the English version, and I am often wary of it because of my bad experience with bad anime voice-acting.

If the video game industry is a billion-dollar industry, why does it settle for mediocre voice-acting?

It would, but I would feel uncomfortable playing online with strangers who would quickly back-stab me (e.g. someone throws a Koopa shell at me so I can lose a life). Watch the gameplay videos of this possibility. At least playing with friends, they are least likely to betray me.

I wonder whether the Mega Mushroom will return as I quite enjoy using it to defeat the World boss characters in the DS version.

Notes:

- Dragon Quest IX has returned to first place after falling to third place last week. It has now sold over 3.6 million copies in Japan, making it the second-highest selling game in the franchise history there. It needs to sell over 3.9 million copies to beat Dragon Quest VII.

- Tomodachi Collection for the DS has increased its sales for the last five weeks. It has the "legs" and passed 700K copies sold.

- Wii Sports Resort is now a new member of the "one million" seller club.

- Monster Hunter Portable 2 G has returned to the top ten.

Everything costs more in Europe not just gaming, plus the US price does not include tax which varies state to state

In Europe there is a tax called VAT that is included with the price of goods. Another is import duties included with the price.

I would assume that most of the new games shown on the chart will fall out of the Top 30 by next week, while Dragon Quest IX and Monster Hunter 3 will have the legs and be there for some time.

It would be a matter of weeks before Dragon Quest IX will bypass Dragon Quest VII in terms of sales in Japan. I think it needs 400K to go.

Fire Emblem has an anime already but its with marth in it.

The Fire Emblem anime (an OVA series) was released in 1998. At the time, Marth was known as "Mars" which the creators intended him to be called.

- There is already two Mario anime titles, one a film from 1986, and the other is a series of OVAs in 1989.

- There is already a F-Zero and Kirby anime.

- And let us not forget there is a long-running Pokemon anime.

Even if you can pay online, would Capcom accept your foreign credit card number or allow non-Japanese addresses to register?

Also, unless you are fluent in Japanese, you will not understand most things in the game. You will quickly get lost.
