Planescape : Torment is more than 2 Gigs. and I think Grim Fandango is a little more than 1 Gigs.
My choices are Age of Mythology and Fallout.
also games like unreal tournament,quake 3 areana,sims 1,Need for Speed UNDERGROUND,most of the tycoon games,Knights And Merchants II great game. all n64 games for project 64 come in under 70 mb
