its in the character select stuff but where can they be found?? i dont see them in the shops

it is a hard game just wait even with fully upgraded soldiers plasma weapons the best armor etc i still almost lost guys here and there

Truthfully though just take it slow save often and if you lose a veteran reload the game this obviousl wont work on ironman but yeah...

i finished my first play through on normal today the game is a struggle remember to arc throw some enemies early on specifically thin men because light plasma rifles are your friends.

Also i noticed someone mention they lost to ships because they cant shoot them down. if you abort an interception and send another fighter after it the enemy ship retains damage from a previous engagement <--- best thing i found lol

also when you start be picky abot your base like i restarted till i had a steam vent on the second level because you will need that power fairly early on. curren opinion europe is the easiest starting location thats just me though
