First, how is the Xbox360 controller for playing PC games?.....I don't want to spend $50 for nothing?

 

I am trying to run some of my older games on Vista but seem to have some issues. The compatibilty mode isn't working for some of them. Should I partition extra space and load 95 or can I use VMware.

 

I am new to PC online gaming.....is there something similar to Xbox Live, etc?

on amazon you can get a usb wired xbox 360 controller. it works on the pc. its only $20

after shiping and handaing ah about 40 so just go to gamestop and buy one for 30:) 

ur PC seems like a waste as if ur going to play 4 games at once. cut down some of the stuff. 250 GB. u cant finish that unless u download alot of u know what lol :0SiKh22

lmoa i have a 8600gt oc core 688 and windows vista ultimate and i play company of heros/lotr online at ultra settigns at 1024 res ans averge 50-20 fps lol.

auto respons will be 8600gt sucks realy?thats odd how i get better frames then u lololol.......learn how to over clock good get realy good cooling and u can get 20-30 more frames out your card if u know what your doin.:) 

i overclocked my 8600gt core speed from 540 to 688 and its compleatly stable NO probs and it loads at a 56c with specil cooling and i can now play company of heros at ultra settings and res 1024...its pretty good man this card kicks freaking but..lolwell worth 119.:)

P.S avg fram rates form 50-20 fps:)

Definitely not BF2. My 7600GT can't even max out that game, plus I usually get around the 20-30FPS area with only med-high setings @ 1024x768 res

then your doing something wrong i had it on meduim/1024res on my 7300gs oc and it ran fine...maybey u dont no alot about computers:)
