If publishers want this, then fine, either take it to court or require a one-time pass to play a game. If they hate used games, they should show their hand and jump to the next logical conclusion. Then we can see just how legal the first sale doctrine is. The reason I say this is because I can't wait to see the consumer backlash and legal beatdown that publishers will receive. Maybe then they can stop screwing us. Day one DLC is a rip-off. DLC on the disc is a rip-off. Then requiring a code for what used to be free is a rip-off. I know this, if I couldn't sell my PSP and games, there would be no way in hell I could get a new Vita. There would be one less person on their install base, and I'm sure several others are in the same boat.
Think about a dog show. You don't compare which dogs look the best. You compare how each dog compares to the standard in that particular breed, then judge a winner. I think that's the mentality in the awards.

He's a hermit if I ever saw one. Every time I said Uncharted 2 is the best looking game I've seen, he'd step in and say, "the best? Even better than Crysis?" If I said yes, then I was immediately labeled a troll and modded just for refusing to bow down and pay homage to the Crysis god.

I just remember him obviously trolling me and half the thread once. I reported him, got suspended for trolling and reporting a mod for abuse. No excuse for that **** in my book. Then he had the nerve to PM me and ask "What did I do?"
Why? Why do PC nerds think that console gamers sit around crying about not having a gaming PC? If I wanted one, I'd friggin buy one. I play it on my PS3 and it's awesome.
