Not todays rap, but I think that kids should be exposed to more adult music. Like when I grew up of course I had Apples and Bananas, and the shows Banana's in Pajamas, Arthur, Franklin theTurtle and stuff like that, but the music my sister and brother listened to had a huge influence on me. Also the music from games like Final Fantasy 7 had an influence on my tastes as well.
I think anything would be better than these Disney built teen stars though. Maybe its just the fact that Disney is behind their fame though that makes them unbearable to some people because Disney is screwing up a generation.. We are going to have a whole generation of pop loving christian overtone covered kids with little diversity. Thats not neccessarily a BAD thing, but its not really good either. I listen to metal and other things with song names like "Bludgeoned to Death" and i'm an alright person.. We dont need Disney to make our kids, we should do it ourselves.Xx_Hopless_xX
Yeah, i listen to bands like Disturbed...i'm not too disturbed..:twisted:, but really...i can't stand the electronic voices and the pop music...they have almost no musical talent (my opinion) yet just because disney endorses them kids eat it up and listen, plus, lots of little kids are like sheep...they follow the herd..one likes Hannah Montana..the rest will want to like it..
Hell yea Disturbed rocks. 2nd fav. 1st is A7X.
