[QUOTE="handag"][QUOTE="TheSystemLord1"][QUOTE="handag"]HAHA; are you joking? How exactly do you think you would upgrade the RAM in a PS3?[QUOTE="CellAnimation"][QUOTE="handag"]and how hard is it to upgrade the ram? not so hard unless you are talking about the Video ramCellAnimation
It uses DDR2 Ram Slot so you just switch the Ram Chipset that stands in it (512Mb) for a larger one....That my friend, is how hard it is ;)
Rofl on a computer? Yeah. On the PS3? No way.
Well you do have to break the warranty to do so, but it is possible to upgrade the ram as easely on a PS3 as on a PC

The PS3 doesn't have enough ram.

and how hard is it to upgrade the ram? not so hard unless you are talking about the Video ram, then i would say no again. Since The GFX system is teamed up with the Cell Prosessor it can probably handel that type of graphics quite well. In the Near future when Developers realy want to push the PS3 we could probably see that kind of graphics on the console. Eaven Devs for the PS2 diddnt manage to kill the PS2's power and the lates games for the PS2 has comparable graphics with the PS3.
