If you haven't played an iPhone game then you have no room to comment about "oh i'd rather play on a console". There are actually some really unique and innovative games on the iPhone because of how supportive apple is of its developers.

it just seems like it had the technical aspect right...just not the presentation because a lot of the screens from gears 1 look better to be honest...oh and blood looks to glossy in gears 2

The comment about CPUs is BS...they need to include in that statement that it has to be a 2.4ghz core 2 duo. By saying "as long as you have a core 2 duo cpu, you will be fine" might urge people with a 2.0ghz core 2 duo to go out and buy it. My other computer has one and the game didn't even start.
