They didn't have to like them all. Some people prefer different control schemes. Most expert metal slug players prefer to have different controls to make the game more interesting. That's what the different controls do they make the game more interesting. I'm pretty sure they didn't add all of them in their because they were indecisive. 

Not to sound like a nagger but there are plenty more games that should be added to this list. Great job so far!

as well as VC games like Tecmo Bowl, Punchout, and your comments on all the VC games posted (and Metal Slug).

haha. also you might notice that even though gamespot said(we say) 5.4.Us gamers said(you say) 8.7. So obviously some ppl like it. Rent first if you want but don't dismiss it entirely.
