Capra is fun...but easy once you realize what to do. Shield up, or roll roll roll past the dogs and up the stairs (For the first time low level low equipment plan) and get up the stairs, kill the dogs and throw firebombs at the capra...run down the stairs when he gets up to you and repeat.
Or, go upstairs and quickly plunge attack him and repeat.
Like the 2 above said, always give your SL and Gamertag.
If you're SL 50 to 150 or even higher...camping at the fireplace in Londo by the stairs will always net you signs to find people to help...unless 360 is just that dead...PS3 is the better choice for more guaranteed assistance.
Will go into the area, activate the orb...run forward and up the stairs to the side, shoot the caster and fight them on the thin stairs so it's 1 at a time...or just run in and pancake the guy and finish before his buddies can help him too much.
