Try F.E.A.R. Scary game......pmqz
I agree very freaky and messes with your mind! Unlike Doom 3 that is just jump-out-at-you-scary.

Remember the great classic quest style games? Space quest, Police Quest, Kings Quest, Full Throttle to mention a few. Correct me if i'm wrong but there arn't many or any games like these anymore.

Quest games  what happened to them?

I too have this problem. Also an on board 8 channel sound card, got true 5.1 Speaker system. In FEAR in the sound option I don't have the option to select any of the special sound option except for 2.0 Creative EAX (or what ever it is). Everything is set right, still no 5.1. Maybe a re-install would do as i only changed after I already had FEAR Installed. Have not tried Farcry or Quake 4 Yet.

Hey all

Just got myself a set of 5.1 speakers for my PC and I was wondering if there are any pc games that give you 5.1 game play.

Can anyone recommend any. So far FEAR does not have, nor AOE3.

Thanks In Advance

When I added my new RAM about 2 weeks ago I did a lazy dust and just blew into the box, nothing major.

Whats the best way as i don't want to use a cloth or duster that creates static.

Hi Lately I have noticed that when I play games on my pc the fan starts running at higher speeds and it sounds like my pc is in overdrive. The GPU Temp has also risen to about 78°C when it use to only get to 65°C.

I have installed a second fan in the front of the case to suck air in and blow over components. I have PC Wizzard installed and it tells me the following under the temp area:

Processor Temperature : 30 °C
Processor Temperature (Diode) : 30 °C
Mainboard Temperature : 25 °C
Power/Aux Temperature : 70 °C (Is this to high?)

Chassis Fan : 4440 rpm (seen it at 4800 rpm)
Power/Aux Fan : 2109 rpm

Is there any thing to do ie. oil fans? Could it be my power supply?

Thanks in advance.
