I take it back. Now that I've actually seen a video of Assassin's Creed DS, I'm not expecting anything higher than a 6.5

Read the instruction manual. That's the best advice I can give you.

So.. what do you predict gamespot will rate the following games?

-Assassin's Creed: Altair's Chronicles

-Professor Layton and the Curius Village

-Dungeon Explorer: Warrior of the Ancient Arts

-Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney

This is just for fun, so you won't actually win anything if you guess correct :P.

Guess away!

Vazere
Assassin's Creed - 6.0-7.0 Professor Layton and the Curious Village - 7.3-7.9 Dungeon Explorer - Haven't actually looked at that, so I'll leave this blank. Apollo Justice - Around a 7.5 That's what I think, anyway.

Personally, I'd go with either Advance Wars game.

I'd go with FFVI. However, all three are very good games.

MPH, What is the deal with Final Fantasy Games. In my opinion there way overratted. ther not the best games ever made. any mario game beats any F F game.mike0015
It's all a matter of preference. Final Fantasy defined RPGs, and has been the influence of so many other games. If you're not a huge fan of the genre, it's likely that Final Fantasy (or any RPG for that matter) would fail to impress you. Just like any other genre. I'll say it again; it's all a matter of preference. Anyway... Either Pokemon game should last you a long time. And if you don't mind the old-school feel, FF3 wouldn't be a bad choice either. In my opinion, MPH is only worth getting if you can play online, so if you don't have access to a wireless connection, don't even bother.

i have a crack on the screen of my ds too, but it not getting any worse

i honestly had no idea how the crack get there O_O

I really think you should take care of your ds more, because my DS crack got on recently.

Actually, if you have a cracked hinge, chances are it was caused by something beyond your control. Hinge cracks develop from an overtightened screw in the hinge, and simply opening and closing the DS can agitate it. So chances are, it'll crack inevitably if you happened to purchase one of these Lites. So really, it's no fault of his, or your own.

As far as I know, the hinge has two layers. One layer (which looks to be metal) on the inside, with the plastic coating on the outside. Since cracks will typically only happen on the outer layer, it's unnecessary for you to worry about your DS splitting in two. >_> However, the crack on the hinge CAN worsen, possibly affecting the way your DS opens and closes. I'm not saying that it WILL (in fact, it's probably highly unlikely), but it happened to mine. Really, there's no need to panic. o_o It doesn't affect your gameplay, and by all means, it will NOT leave your DS in two pieces.

Okay, currently, this is really something only YOU can answer for yourself. Which one interests you the most? Can you tell us what type of games you like? You gave us three completely different game systems, and no background of your personal interests in games. If you could expand on your question, that would be great. Anyway, I CAN answer your last question. The DS Lite is smaller and lighter than the original. It has a sleeker design, and has a much brighter screen. Also, the stylus is slightly larger, making it more comfortable to hold. Basically, they took a regular DS, and touched up on its flaws. It's definitely worth it, in my opinion.
