For starters, Square Enix isn't redoing the lip synching because dual audio won't be available on the game. They are redoing it because in this day and age, any game looks old and sub-par if ya didn't.

I don't think that this outrage is because Square Enix isn't including dual audio, but rather because they won't admit the reason why. Hell even in a taped interview up on Gametrailers from a few weeks ago, the main producer said one of the reasons they weren't including it is because they didn't want any real difference between the 2 NA versions, and that the game would start getting real expensive from a manufacturing stand point if you put it on even more discs.

In all honesty, it is their attitude in saying that the game going multiplatform didn't hinder its development in anyway is the real root of all this outrage. Everyone knows it did, and features such as this one being cut so that both versions are the 'same' begs what other design decisions or graphical features had to be cut or limited so that it could be equal on both platforms.

the endboss of orphen: scion of sorcery was frustating to the point that i haven't beaten it to this day. not only is the bossfight long as hell but also ridiculously hard, but what really bugged me was the fact that each time you wanted to retry the fight, you had to watch the same cutscene again and again because it wasn't skipable...and well it was long, probably 30 minutes.

the money on the ps2 will definitely be well spent, trust me. i am even going to buy myself a second ps2 just in case ^^

persona psp. hope i get my hype back for FFXIII though.

edit: oh yeah, almost forgot demons soul. shame on me.

there have been quite a few games that got pushed back recently. i think we will see at least GT5 at the end the year. we will find out during/around TGS. that's at least my guess for a possible release-date announcement.
