My brother and I have both had long standing issues with this company but i`ll just talk about mine. My list of games include Mass effect 1, Mass effect 2 Collector’s edition, Mass effect 3, Dragon age Origins Collector’s edition (plus some extra DLC) and Dragon age 2 and Star wars The old Republic.

So it all starts between a year and a half to two years ago. I wanted to merge two accounts as I started one by accident. So I have dragon age 1 on one account and 2 on another.. It’s stupid. I had also noticed some DLC`s I owned were missing and I tried putting them back on my account and they said they were invalid (expiration date on collector’s items, who knew?). So I called. They were able to help with the DLC but said merging would cause me to lose all of my SWTOR progression and characters so I said no and thanked him for his time.

Fast track to today. I’m looking up Dragon Age Inquisition and I’m getting so excited about it. So I figure now would be a good time to replay the old games. I know the Keep is out but I had been waiting years to play it this way. So I login and all DLC`s are gone and all Collectors editions were demoted to standard editions… and the one last kick to the groin the game that made me go on the fence about merging my accounts… star wars the old republic was just flat out gone.

So I wait in chat for a person that can help me. I tell him about my problem and even he said “No way” and that he`ll look into it. Long(er) story short I send him visual proof of my case and codes and the only things he can help me with are giving me back the DLC`s that I bought that I had no way of proving ( that part I thanked him for). If I learned anything from the movie tropic thunder it`s okay to act stupid but you never go full retard…. EA…

I wanted to play Dragon age Inquisition so badly but can I justify buying from a company that is just going to try and steal part or if all of it back… Oh wait… I got a %15 of the next purchase on origins…. So I got that going for me… -_-
