@rezagtx2017: But...The reason Sony is in the position with exclusives is precisely because it was the more powerful of the two at the beginning. Every major gaming site was like, get a ps4 because its more powerful than the xb1(and ya know, the absolute freakin trainwreck that was the xb1 announcement(which put me off from buying one until just last year.)).
But for real, go back and look at the marketing and analysis of the ps4 and xb1. Every site that covered games said to probably grab a ps4 because it was more powerful, even when Sony didn't have very many exclusives at the time.
As for that last comment..Regurgitation is literally the way that so many companies make money. Now its games as a service, your rainbow six siege and overwatch's are the same game they were a couple years ago with updates to them. Before that it was your CODs and halos. Dynasty warrior and monster hunter are very long-running series and they killed it with reviews and players.
Xbox is fine, Halo's core multiplayer is probably the best its been for me, besides maybe reach. Gears 4 is INCREDIBLE, forza is great. Those are what i bought an xbox for.
Also, gamepass exists and my sub to that is never going out. XD
