The Obsidian and Southpark news interested me.The media stuff and the glorified mouse just seem to be way off track,M$ screwed over apple at the start why not let them have their slice now?,senseless competition imo.

You could also look at it as a new form of art,a non static viewpoint similar to how we compare book readings but with a more tangible result.I think most agree that Lucas can play with himself as much as he wants so long as he doesn't remove the ability to buy and watch the original.

In the case of Me3 it seems to me that as much as players might've wanted the ending changed,Bioware also wanted to sidestep the issue of a definitive ending.

Doom 3 is moot,the originals available so this has to be seen as an alternative,better or worse is subjective.

Had alot of fun with the game,however it was a one run through and done kind've thing.No new game plus or unlocks of any kind besides a chapter select. There is a multiplayer mode thats okish and the horde mode is soloable here for xp purposes.Worth noting you can choose from a pool of avatars in multiplayer but there is no appearance customization.

The industry cared about Daikatana,Eidos cared about Daikatana and ultimatley two wings of Ion storm closed because of Daikatana.Chikinware everyone who respected Romeros (dubious?)part in quake/dooms game design and bought a copy of Daikatana were extremely vocal about it. The guy was a frontman before the industry needed a frontman and suffered for it. And i guess my games design knowledge would be relevant if i was being interviewed,to Romero and yourself i'm primarily a player and buyer of games who cares enough to listen and read.

Lol,Romero didn't give himself props because thats all he did at the end of his I.D days and whilst creating Daikatana which turned out to be the all time worst F.P.S ever.After which Ion Storm went completly **** up and he was binned,last i remember he dicked about with mobile phone games then went on to produce interactive dubious DVD magazines. But yeah an easy read,maybe next time start smoking herb after the interview not during it.
