@skemaal: as mentioned above purely based on what games I like to play and also what most of my friends play on for multiplayer games like Destiny etc. I currently don't have any Xbox One exclusive games I want to play on an Xbox One and thus won't be buying one until I have that reason. One of which I felt like might have been Scalebound.
@Huglyone: my statement is based on the fact that there aren't many games I want to play on the XBox one. I was actually interested in Scalebound which is an Xbox One exclusive and would trigger me to buy an Xbox One to play it. I'm not a big Halo or Gears of War. So until there are games I want to play on the XBox one I personally don't have a reason to buy an XBox One.
@geraldsanduski: We do have gaming pcs but mine probably needs some upgrades as its 2 years old. However, even if I did have a current gaming PC it would still be very hard for me to stomach buying the Oculus as it would probably be at least half the cost of my PC or more. I get that there are going to be people that buy into it regardless because there is a market for it, but how big is that market? My concerns lie with how it resonates with the larger population and how that will effect VR's livelihood.
@opossumtrot: you'll continue to get those free in game events like the Festival of the Lost, and the SRL Racing. I'm sure there is more of those to come. I'm willing to bet theres going to be less DLCs more events and just one or two bigger expansions instead.
@mcullinan: well unfortunately there's no matchmaking for the Raid you can however try to join LFG groups via things like destinylfg.net Which isnt the most optimal thing to have to do while playing a game but is an option.
Also the purple weapons at the Faction vendors do have some benefits. Hung Jury the Scout rifle being sold by Dead Orbit is one of the best guns in the game for PvE content even for the raid. Granted its 280 but you can increase its light.
@prickpear: we're looking at making it longer. The show itself will probably be around 45-60 min and we'll probably keep going after for about 60 min to keep hanging out and chatting.
