I don't know why, but somehow I doubt this game is as bad as a 5. GameSpot's has lost most of its credibility with the scores I've seen here. They either are too harsh, or go too easy. There's no logic behind this. Seems to be all driven by emotion rather than objectivity far too much. Not very professional.
It felt like a cross between Mass Effect and Metal Gear Solid to me. With its own twists, of course. Really amazing game. It's much better than Dishonored imo.
Good for you. I just don't really see why you have to belittle other people for playing it their way. Some people really don't give a shit about full hd and 60fps. I'm not one of those people, but hey, if someone doesn't care. Good for them. It makes things easier for them.
Actually, 120fps is what I find preferable with mouse and keyboard. 60fps is great for gamepad. Much better than 30fps. Just play COD4 on PS3 and compare it to Killzone. COD obviously feels a lot better.
I'm a long time PC gamer, but I find myself sitting back on my couch and playing PC games with a 360 controller these days. ON a huge ass HDTV, at 60fps and full hd. This for me provides the best experience. If you want to sit in front of your small screen and play ridiculously high frame rates, go right ahead. I'd rather play it like I do.
What we really need is a minimum standard of 30 frames per second. A game should never, ever dip bellow thirty frames per second. **** slow downs.
But a constant 60fps is preferable. That's what I'm used to thanks to PC gaming. Just try Lords of Shadow at 60fps in 1080p and compare it to the console version. If you think there's no difference, your eyes or brain are broken.
