As for nominations ... I was planning on making a nominations thread, where people could suggest whoever they'd like. If one person gets, say ... three nominations or something, then they will become a candidate. Then, later, I'll make a voting thread which consists of those candidates. I'm not making a fixed list because I don't know everyone, neither do the people helping me, so it's much better if people could suggest who they want to see.

excellent. thats how i remember it went last year. much more liberal than a fixed list.
But if I end up with two or less nominations, I'll probably end up having to think of them myself or with my sexy assistants.
