sorry about the doublepost couldnt resist, ho-oh cant easily ko lugia, lugia can easily outstall ho-oh and even if he has less weaknesses a x4 weakness to rock makes him worse, ho-oh isnt 3times better then lugia go play shoddybattle and the uber tier before you talk please, and btw lugia CAN beat the birds by outspeeding then toxicing then outstalling, and btw according to the statistics herehttp://www.smogon.com/forums/showthread.php?t=60906lugias 16th and ho-ohs 24th, so lugias used more.

And to xabu, fast taunters dont work very well in ubers expect for deoxys-s who doesnt work remarkably with scarfrai and deoxys-a running around, forretress wouldnt be a good spinner as well, with the sun needed for ho-oh forretress could litteraly get killed by any fire move(like it didnt anyway), and charizard doesnt work with sr even if it would make his subsalac activate faster he wouldnt have enough hp to bellydrum wich is THE reason why hes good

and if you are saying latios can wall, latias is better, than latios for walling in every way

I'd say Swampert (who would easily be able to beat Empoleon with Earthquake).

Swampert can learn Earthquake and Muddy Water (epic move).
