Linux + Cedega. or port the Ubuntu Side project (made for gaming) Linux os to your ps3. full graphics driver support. then get cedega, or wine (cedega works better with games) and you should be able to play halo. (albeit not at the best frame rates) windows would be easy to port, x86 emulator.

I'm going to try to get one at launch! :lol:

But seriously, I hope the blow is softened by Gears of War and the Wii. :(

[QUOTE="Kattleox"][QUOTE="dmon8988"][QUOTE="Kattleox"][QUOTE="dmon8988"]i agree with ign. the controller was just fine when i tried it. i should've felt the triggers more though (but, they weren't really used in the game i was playing )

What game was it? And I doubt I'll use it much. My PS3 is largely going to be a computer. I was elated after the Yellow Dog 5.0 announcement, hinting towards a keyboard and mouse being in order.

NBA 07 and why are you going to primarily use it as a computer O.o?

My PC has 215MB of RAM, a 1.0 GHZ Intel processor, a 215MB video card and is the size of one of those camping refridgerators. Sickening, I know. Where did you play it?

Digital Life. hm. You're computer doesn't add up! Ram goes in powers of 2! it should be 256. VRam is the same.. and a 256 MB video card is good. the rest of your comp however, sucks. lol is your video card like.. .128 with some shared? i can't figure it out! ahhh!

About the PSOne download service:  Alot of PSOne and even N64 romz (which are legal if you own the game) are abailable for linux OSes.  You could save some money and use those for the games you already own, but It would have to be over the YD5.0 interface.Kattleox
good idea, but, the price doesn't seem so bad since you can put it on 5 other PS3's, get a couple friends and split the price, and that $15 becomes, $3

[QUOTE="firesatr"]

I think the colour you get doesn't matter as you can customise it to your likes right?( if you want). I just found out from a mag that someone had actually customise its Xbox 360 to become a Xbox laptop 360 (portable). He had a Extream makeover to the xbox and it dosent come cheap. it cost him US$1100.

does he have to carry around a backpack to hold the battery and power brick? Pelican Accessories very may well let you purchase PS3 modifications (tattooing, et cetera) as they already have this service for the 360.

no he doesn't carry it around, his friend just dared him to make one. so he did.

those all look amazing. ALL OF THEM. i can't wait for flow, it'll be so much better on PS3 than a flash game. and that first game listed, amazing.
