That bill is a joke!! A Violent warning on ALL games, that's the stupidest thing I've ever heard!! Games already have ratings! You don't want your kid playing violent video games then don't buy them for them!!
Trailers are there to make you aware of the game and intice you to buy it. I personally like a good trailer that captures the emotion and tone of a game even if its not actual gameplay, its good entertainment especially if it has a good soundtrack. But I wouldn't buy a game solely based on the trailer, I would look at reviews, gameplay footage etc.
