I'm disappointed that it sounds like it's still only 3 people in a party. Come on Bungie. The standard is four. Three is just too low!

@paullyv: it is completely an IP case! He's suing over Zenimax's perceived improper use of his IP! Songs are intellectual property. This entire case is going to be over whether they were legally allowed to use his IP without first consulting him over the content of the ad according to the terms of their contract!

@superklyph: I don't know why I'm still discussing this. Do you know what IP is? Intellectual property, as in the song he contracted with Zenimax for them to use. His IP is at the heart of this case. Why are people telling me this has nothing to do with IP?

@Dark_Matters: you're accusing me of not reading the article?!? Why don't your try reading the article again. He's not trying to change the terms of the contract. He's suing Zenimax based on a breach of contract by them.

A bunch of idiot kids in this comments sections that don't understand intellectual property laws. I didn't even have to look at the comments to know that they'd blindly blame the artist.

Well duh. This seems like a no brainier to me. Of course super Mario run isn't going to sell well when you only have like 25 total levels and are asking $10 for the game. It sold poorly simple because it was a horrible value. Give players a lot more levels or reduce the price to something more reasonable and you'd see a lot more sales. I know I didn't buy the game just because I felt i'd be done with it in a day or two and that wasn't worth $10.

Tried it. Sad to report, it's just another time-capped clicker game. Log in, get your nixonbucks that have accumulated while offline, place a building that makes more nixonbucks while you're offline, click to make your characters do something meaningless that takes 1 day to complete, pay real money to finish immediately. As a huge Futurama fan, very disappointed. It's a soulless cash grab.

@wtf_666: I'm so tired of these dumb, uninformed comments. Didn't you read the article? A grown man played a video game and it moved him to tears. Do you think a normal video game could move Cliff Bleszinski to tears? Everyone that's really tried VR says there's no way it's going anywhere because it's just that impressive and immersive. VR is only going to get bigger and bigger as the price comes down, the quality goes up, and the comfort gets better. And yet a bunch of people a lot dumber than Mark Zuckerberg who have never tried a decent VR experience declare it dead... Even though the PSVR is still impossible to get because it sells out instantly the second it gets in stores.

@pork7: What are you even talking about? It's the fastest selling Nintendo console ever. That would seem to indicate that the shortages aren't false. Obviously you're not a fan of Nintendo, but that just makes no sense.

@fox_fury: Might be the dumbest comment I've ever seen. This game has a 98 on Metacritic, with more perfect scores than any game I've ever seen. The lowest score out of all 62 reviews at this point is a 9/10. But yeah, obviously Nintendo payed everyone...
