@livedreamplay: it's not happening the ps pro is just a few months old. Sony will see how the Scorpio does before announcing anything so 2018 an announcement sounds more realistic.
@joshrmeyer: the initial buy in for of gaming is high. 1.5k for a good rig and 2k or more for powerful rig. Not including a monitor. Then you invest in graphic cards every few years.
@guitarist1980: a monitor is just a monitor. A 4KTV connects your your cable box, streaming boxes, gaming consoles, blu ray players, and etc. Plus I bet we're gonna see 4ktv and Scoripio bundles for under 1k .
@joshrmeyer: You're forgetting the initial price for a rig. if you want power it's can cost over 2k if you go with intel, max memory, and a 1080 . Plus you will need a monitor that can cost $400-$1200 depending on what u get. meanwhile consoles are just a few hindered dollars.
@Barighm: Sony needs to shut down PS Now . You can only stream games and the lagging is bad I'm on a 100 Mbps connection hard wired. I canceled my 7 day trial after 3 days. On Xbox one I can just pop in my 360 disc and I'm good to go. Also my digital bought games on the 360 automatically pops up on my Xbox one ! EA Access is even a better service then PS Now.
PS Plus games have been trash for like the last year . All PS Plus free monthly games have been wack Indie titles. What else would u expect from a broke Sony and indie station pro
@b00me: I'm pretty sure you can only get a refund once per title and who would download a bunch of games just to try and beat the system when home internet has data caps these days.
@zinten: For now and its very hard to tell the difference between PS4 and XBox One multi platform games. When Scorpio drops then we'll have a console with noticeable differences
