@jcogopogo: i am also an older gamer in the same position and i am totally looking forward to his game, it's one of the largest open world game ever created with absolutely tons of missions , side mission and collectibles, more than 60 vehicles from Tanks to planes , helicopters and boats.

i reckon i will get at least a 100 hours out of this one

ha he played spec ops the line yet? apocolypse now is an adaptation of a book called the heart of darkness which the line is based heavily on.

although the cog armour in gears 2 is more detailed it looks like plastic, the armour in gears 1 looks and shines like metal plating, even though it has less detail the armour in gears 1 looks more protective and better.

this just proves that in the graphics dept the pc far outclasses consoles
