I notice that my magicka regen seems to slow down greatly around enemies. Is this normal? It's been frustrating fighting as a mage since my regeneration rate is fast when I never need it and barely moving when I'm in a battle. I have the FCOM mods installed as well as supreme magicka and Midas, but none of them seem to change the regen rate (according to the readmes)
I play bf2 as a time killer. If I finished all my other games (story mode) I would just return back to BF2 (or BF2142) and continue. Those two games have their pros and cons btw. BF2 has better gameplay (except for the grenade spammers), but with noticeable bugs that would make you want to scream in anger. BF2142 has fewer noticeable bugs and balanced gameplay (grenade spamming is not as effective) but the gameplay can get tedious and boring...
I just got Far Cry 2 and while playing Act 1, stealth became my biggest strategy. It was easy... sleep during the day... kill at night... I bought the three main stealth weapons (dart rifle, pistol, and MP5 I think) I would start by killing the nearest 5 enemies, enter the area and use my pistol for tight corners (easier for headshots) and the (MP5) if its an open field and I'm under fire... I could usually kill most of them without being fired at.
Now when I moved to Act 2, everything was completely different. Enemies are soo much more aggresive and they just keep coming. Every 5 minutes, there would either be some jeep trying to run me over or a bunch of troops shooting at me. I can't seem to get away... Stealth is almost impossible because they always know where I am. Do any of you have any tips for Act 2? I find aggressive hard since I always clueless about where enemies are (even with the damage indicator) and theres no crosshair!
