18 Wheeler: American Pro Trucker

Quite an underrated gem of Sega arcade history. The objective is to beat your rival, tell him to get out of your goddamn way and collect bonus items. I like the graphics too. I have not completed this game as it's quite hard, but man is it very easy to get into.

Darkstalkers 3

Two words for this game: kick... ass... The third and proper installment of Capcom's 'Darkstalkers' series. Essentially this is "Street Fighter in a Halloween costume", but it's quite more than that. A ton of interesting characters. Of course you got your Morrigan, your Felicias, Bishimons, and Jon Talbains. But now you have Morrigan's sister Lilith, a badass dark messiah named "Jedah", a 'bee woman' named Q-Bee, and my most favorite character ever: Baby Bonnie "B.B." Hood. She can kick tons of ass with her weapons. That is all I'm saying.

Daytona USA 2

'Daytona USA 2' (any version) is a racing game that I have spent a lot of money on. The course design and AI make for such an addicting game. I love the music, and Reb Beach did such a great job with the singing. While this game is geared towards mastering advance techinques (like a lot of Sega games), the controls are a lot smoother than what the original Daytona game had. Go find a Daytona 2 machine near you and quit talking to me after you read this short little review below the title. :P

Harley Davidson & L.A. Riders

This is a great driving game where you ride your Harley around virtual L.A. You get to your destination and collect hidden items to earn bonus points and time. You can choose five different riders such as a cowboy and his classic Panhead, a fat motorcycle gang member wearing a bandana and blue vest, a female rookiecop with an FXRP police bike, and a couple others. My favorite is the cowboy (Scott) and his Panhead. Whilst the bike is slow, it has great handling. Only use the Panhead if you're hardcore (like me!) though. I also choose the Sportster and FXRP at times. While the days of this game are over and surpassed by the almighty 'Crazy Taxi', you should check this game out at an arcade... just make sure all the buttons on the machine work and that the game is set on maximum stage number.

Sega Rally Championship

Classic '90s arcade racer. For its time, really good control and graphics. For whatever reason I prefer using the Lancia and Manual Transmission. Even to this day, it's worth popping 50 cents into a Sega Rally cabinet.

X-Men vs. Street Fighter

There wasn't a game like it beforehand. This game had 16+ characters from Marvel's 'X-Men' franchise and Capcom's 'Street Fighter' series. Aside from that, the game had a "tag team" style of gameplay where you can press two buttons and switch from the two characters you chose. Stage backgrounds are absolutely phenomenal. I usually choose Akuma and Gambit. Get your quarters out and put them in an XSF cab please.
