They could be a format that the xbox doesn't support, try changing the file type to one the xbox supports.

He's right, unless you continue to use the same account, you won't be able to access the maxed out charecter

You probably tweaked something in it that effects the audio.. No idea a fix.

It just sounds to me like you aren't spending sufficient time together, take a bit of time and do some activities with him, instead of spending all your time gaming :]

NHL games online are pretty fun if you're into sports. My favorite part of NHL is the Online Be A Pro game mode, I used to play it with my friends all the time, its a sick game mode.

If you're into sports games, I would check this out for sure.
