@rasputin177: I actually saw a video on this. And the video showed a study that was conducted with the idiot savant perk and INT stat. Long story short 10 INT and level 2 idiot savant will get you overall the most exp... because the idiot savant perk actually isn't affected as drastically as you might think. So with INT 10 when you do hit the savant perk it makes it much more valuable. And in my opinion it works even better when stacked with: the night creature perk, grape or orange mentats i forget which is better right now and using +int clothing when you turn in quest or even you can while enduring the wasteland hope this helps :)
