@decoy1978 I don't like the idea of a console constantly online monitoring you and advertising 24/7. Also some conspiracy theorists say it could be used by the government or hackers to spy on you and if you add kinetic with the camera as well then you have big brother monitoring you.

This is most probably some sort of psychological tactic by Microsoft to gauge the reaction and to try to derail sony's announcement on the 20th of feb by making them double guess. These "leaks" are common practice in the industry where you leak unpopular specs so that then when it comes to the real announcement it's seems better than it would have been.
