I am truly sorry if this thread has been made before... but could someone please tell me what the hell is going on with the dashboard? I saw the vid on gametrailers about it and I am uncertain as to if it is replacing the entire blades functionality or if it's just a media thing. Also, the vid showed the guy bring up a smaller blades-like dashboard that looked similar to the current functionality, behind the new prototype 3-D esque dashboard, seems mysterious...

I have heard of the netflix thing and the avatar stuff, that's about everything else I have heard on the topic.

The gametrailers vid is the only media on the topic I have found, any other links on this or information would be greatly appreciated.

The new xbox being codenamed phoenix may be true but the fact that it is coming out in 2010 is pretty much bs seeing as this is just a rumor and there is already an official report saying that Xbox 360's will begin shipping with a new mother board known as Valhalla in 2010.evsondey

What makes you think it's bs? They might have the newest SKU of xbox 360 (the last 360s made also ready for the last big games to come out.. Doom 4 and others. could be packaged with them.) Then they could release the new Xbox "Phoenix" in late 2010. They would just wanna sell the most 360s at the end before that so the package will be cheap and not have any issues. Then they will make like Madden 2010 games and stuff on both 360 and new xbox and keep the last gen console around longer than they did with the 1st xbox.
