I have one after selling my day one XB and buying the elite console. Best decision I ever made . Worth every cent.May not be for everyone but it is worth the money.Any one who disputes this cant afford it (which of course is fine) or hasn't picked the elite controller up.

@onearmed82: the console looks the same in every way - kind of wish it had elite stamped on the front. It is noticeablely faster in the menus and loading games. The controller really is as awesome as everyone says , it's awesome !
