Its bad because Sony is not good with operating systems and programming. Don't forget that M$ is the greatest software company ever. Its not surprising that Live destroys PSN.
Why do people ask this question on system wars? Look at the games and decide for yourself which ones appeal more to you. Everything else about the consoles, especially the graphics, are nearly identical.
