In addition to what everyone has already said, are you giving yourself a proper cooldown after your run? Stopping abruptly, especially after running at 7.5mph is not a good idea... try cooling down for at least 5 minutes so that your heart can readjust.

So long as it is not harmful in anyway to consume, then sure I'd eat it. I love trying new things, especially when it comes to food.

How do I get a hold of Windows 7 and is it any better then Vista? From what I have read, only the beta version has been released and will expire on August 1st, 2009. Not to mention the "bihourly shutdowns" that will begin in July 1st, 2009. Can anyone help clarify this? From what I am understanding... don't buy Vista now and use Windows 7 for 2 more months, THEN consider buying Vista? That idea seems convoluted IMO, unless there is a better alternative.

Bah... on a side note, my 4.5hr chemistry class is going to start in 25 minutes :(.
