@sgotskillz Destiny really wasn't that bad.. It didn't have enough content or enough story, but up until you finished all of that content it was an amazing experience. It's just, that only took a month or so.

I'm a professional driver and I haven't run the Nurburgring but I think my opinion should matter.

I'm an audiophile and I've never used an amplifier but I think my opinion should matter.

I'm a gaming journalist doing arguably the most important piece of the year and I honestly haven't played half the games available or even all of the good ones, but I'm going to speak my mind knowing full well the majority of my user-base likes me.. so they won't judge me for it, and will in fact defend me because my site is aimed at children.

@froidnite @Sevenizz Games that take less than 10 hours to complete shouldn't be critiqued in the same light as games like Dragon Age or The Witcher... it's ridiculous, logically.

Not that I hold longer games at a higher esteem, or even that I would be more likely to pay $60 for a longer game vs a short one.. honestly I wouldn't spend $60 on any game that's come out this year because it's been a horrible year.

@LordCrash88 @ropumar Nah.. most of the reviews are colored heavily with opinions.. opinions do have a place in critique, obviously, but most people on here, IGN, Kotaku..etc. should call their "reviews" editorials

@TeknoBug lol someone hasn't played the latest COD or Destiny...if you look at all 3 games, this one seems to be doing everything right whereas the other two did some serious things wrong.

It looks so much more balanced than the other two that it could actually become a tournament game.

It's strange getting English and Australian views on this topic; with how little gun violence these two countries have since they enacted laws against the use of fire arms, it's interesting to see some English people and even more interesting to see some Australian people side with "it's just a game."

With Port Arthur in mind, it's incredibly strange to see workers from both Gamespot and IGNs 'AUS' branches defending GTA, when it's so incredibly obvious nowadays that, much like slavery, gun laws are something the United States has been lagging behind on.
