well see this is the crossroads im at now, ive had to wait damn near a year to save up this 800 bucks for the 360, hell im staring at halo 3 right now.. yes im that stupid i bought halo with no console, but on one side i hear the halo edition is the best bet, "supposedly" it has the new heatseek installed and the falcon chip, ok, but in buying that ur shorting yourself hdtv capability, wireless controllers, wi-fi, a bigger hd, and several other key componets. Then every1 tells me that the elite is the worse of em all when talking about problems. so ima go out on a limb here, which one works best, i mean u work i bestbuy, which one gets returned alot less?
yea ill be buying it, i dont expect it to be jaw droping, ive been playing the pc version for years, its an ok game if u have nothing better to do, but its no battlfield lol. im sure the multiplayer will be decent, but my time will be occupied by halo 3 more than this.
alight dark thanks for the info, puts some concerns to rest, that lot number is FDOU/734 if any1 ever needs it, supposedly its got the falcon chip, new heatseeks, new GPU. but once again thanks dark.
Im wondering if the 360 still has the same problems as before, ie., the red ring of death, and the bigger problem of the console eating the disks. Ive read about the reason for that was because the laser wasnt protected by pads. So has microsoft fixed these problems, or signifantlycut down on the number of probems?Im days away from buying an elite plus XBL stuff, and i dont want to dump damn near 800 dollars, come home and get greeted by some bs. any info would be great, as to the most recent info was over 4 months ago.
