Poor Chris Kaman! Damn those are ugly models! @ Gamespot: This is totally the best feature I have ever seen on this site. Not only is it completely hilarious to discuss, but it's also really fascinating comparison. Let's see some more like this!

Comparing the PSP to the DS in this regard is a tad silly, because it's pretty obvious a cartridge game has little to no load time. It's the way it's always been. However, some people here make a good point, in that the pick up and play nature of handheld gaming makes long load times unacceptable. A minute, maybe a minute and a half, is optimal. These load times- particularly the WWE Smackdown load time- are deplorable! I'd like to know how long the rounds are versus how long you're waiting for it to load. I'd suspect it's probably around a 1/3 ratio of Loading time to playing time.... how irritating. However, that is considered an extreme case... it's a tough call. I know I haven't bought a PSP yet because of concerns over what I feel is a quite a limited game selection, and this worries me even more.

1. Chrono Trigger (Because it's probably cheating if I bring Final Fantasy Chronicles) 2. The Sims 2 (On a FUNCTIONAL, high-end PC, not like mine) 3. Final Fantasy Tactics Advanced (A.K.A. "Wait... when did it get to be 5AM?") 4. Harvest Moon: Back to Nature (Hell, it takes hundreds of hours just to beat it the first time around) 5. Tiny Toon Adventures: Buster Busts Loose (It came to mind and I couldn't get it out of my head. I love this game.) I would have picked Pokemon- but seeing as I'd only be able to bring one version of whichever one I brought... I'd have to spend eternity knowing I could never catch 'em all! A fate worse than death!
