Microsoft hasn't done anything wrong, the issue is: consumers have a louder voice than the company's visionaries themselves. The minute someone said next gen is always connected; that's all anybody cared about and no one could stop saying it; before anybody had even seen the thing in their hands.
It's sad to see such a great vision go to waste because poorly educated people can't shut-up.
Narcissistic gamers, and vain journalists alike if video games are going earn any integrity at all it's time to start following the existent rules of the universe.
why do games that look so well thought out still manage to look over the less significant possibly annoying bugs like the exact roll over every fence and the vehicle slides around on the surface it's on in an unrealistic manner. these are enough to completely break the realism and seem simple enough compared to all the other complex mechanics of the game
