@salty101: Don't lie to yourself. Some of those annual release are a ton of fun. I call out Nintendo for being a poor investment and that makes me sound like a spoiled 10 year old? They must walk on their hands instead of their feet where you're from. I am spoiled because PC Master Race. But there's a lot more than annual released games and cost is significantly lower given a waiting period after initial release. I wouldn't buy a console for 1 game, help yourself man. What's worse annual releases or having to buy the same game every 6 years and pay full price for it on old gen hardware. There's plenty of games better than Zelda out there. You're not a gamer if all you need is 1 title per console generation.
Nintendo should be buried with its overpriced games and last gen console. They're good at recycling garbage. You'll think you're blessed if they release 10 games in a console generation. How long did it take to make a new Zelda? Poor investment buying a console for 2 or 3 games imo. I don't see anything worthy of my time here.
@Virtue777: I was so foolish to listen to all the hype reviews for how good Black Ops 4 was that I bought the deluxe edition with season pass. I've never been more bored with the multiplayer in the CoD franchise. Zombies is it's only saving grace for me as the blackout mode is not something I'm interested in. And the graphics are downright terrible to look at. All the colors just melt together like a painting. BOps 1 looks far better when upscaled to 4K res. Of course blizzard wouldn't give a refund.
@kaijuichi: All these people arguing against you have no brain (my entitled opinion btw lol). As if the violence in the GAME is accepted as not being offensive but God forbid we should offend someone with stereotyped dialog. What a joke. Where's Hitler when we really need him?
I was so close to putting in a preorder since i haven't bought a cod after ghosts but after watching this love letter to infinity ward and reassessing the situation of how they're screwing people by charging for 2 games at once I have concluded that both gamespot and infinity ward deserve the middle fingers. Battlefield 1 will be the only shooter for me this year.
@dexda: Certainly VR isn't for every type of game but there is a lot of hype for what it currently does well with endless possibilities for the future. For example games like elite dangerous or project cars where you get the sensation of being in the cockpit and drivers seat changes the experience profoundly. VR is not a gimmick but a game changer and it's here to stay in one form or another.
